SVR sniper rifle

i've always wanted to do a bullpup dragunov SVD, but couldnt find a good way to create it until now! behold! the SVR sniper rifle! this weapon is essentially a highly modified and improved SVD,
(though it still fires the standard 7.62x54mmR round)
